ABOUT QUESTCOMMS
QuestComms brings together European business and policy journalism, strategic communications and multimedia production. Based in Belgium, we help organisations explain complex issues, reach the right audiences and engage credibly across borders.
Our background combines international technology, European media, institutional affairs and hands-on delivery — from a single interview or briefing to a coordinated communications project.

A European perspective, shaped by work in media and public affairs.

WHO WE ARE
QuestComms was developed around a simple observation: organisations dealing with European and international affairs need more than publicity. They need to understand the substance of an issue, the institutions and communities involved, and the editorial environment in which their message will be assessed.
Our work draws on experience in international technology, journalism, communications, public affairs and digital publishing. That combination enables us to move between research, strategy, content and delivery while keeping the intended audience in focus.
We work with specialist contributors and partners where a project calls for additional expertise. The approach is tailored to the assignment rather than assembled from a fixed agency package.
WHAT GUIDES THE WORK
Whether producing a policy briefing, preparing an institutional event, developing a multimedia story or supporting an international communications campaign, we aim for clarity, sound judgement and work that can be used in practice.
OUR PUBLISHING ENVIRONMENT
Our media and publishing work provides first-hand experience of reporting, production and the different audiences engaging with European and international affairs.
Geopolitics, international relations and Europe’s place in the wider world.
Defence capabilities, NATO, security policy and strategic developments.
European business, innovation and policy news, alongside professional communications services.
Independent editorial judgement matters. Our publishing activity informs how we work, but commissioned communications, sponsored content and independent reporting are distinct. A client engagement does not guarantee editorial coverage.
OUR CAPABILITIES
We bring together the skills needed to research an issue, develop the right format and produce work suitable for professional, institutional and public audiences.
01
Research, reporting, editorial planning, interviews, specialist articles and multimedia storytelling.
02
Understanding the policy environment, framing complex issues, preparing briefings and supporting stakeholder communications.
03
Conference and discussion formats, moderation, filmed interviews and material designed for use beyond the event itself.
04
Experience of online publications, content management, editorial workflows and practical digital delivery.
OUR APPROACH
Good communications begin with accurate information and a clear understanding of the people who need it. We favour focused research, credible sources, realistic objectives and a format suited to the assignment.
Our projects can be editorial, commercial or institutional in character. We define the scope and approvals clearly, maintain appropriate distinctions between those activities, and work with partners when the assignment requires specialist knowledge or production capacity.
